Collaborative Summer Reading Week 3: Farm Animals

On a chilly, drizzly Wednesday, the intrepid Miss Darlene enlisted the help of her family to introduce some of the animals from their farm. We met:
A mama goat and her two kids.
Two anxious chickens, one of whom made a daring escape but was soon recaptured.
Two big, very soft chinchilla rabbits, one named Jose.
We also heard two wonderful stories and a couple of us even checked out some books and got some prizes!Many thanks to Miss Darlene and her family for bringing the animals over for a visit!
